Chairs are one of the most difficult pieces of furniture to build and require a high degree of skill and precision as well as specialized equipment. We chose to invest in this equipment and training for our crafts people in order to guarantee that the quality of our chairs matched the quality of the rest of our furniture. Our chairs are built with floating tenon joinery and braced on the chair skirt corners for added strength and durability. In most cases, we offer 24” and 30” seat height barstools for each of our chair styles.
We have placed our chairs in numerous commercial settings as well as school dining halls. This means that we have a great deal of confidence in the quality of our chairs. They can stand the rigours of commercial use so regular home use doesn’t offer any new challenges! We offer our chairs in both pine and maple but for commercial use, we highly recommend maple. They are available with and without scooped seats and in all our regular stain and paint finishes. We also offer them with seat blanks that are designed to be covered with the fabric or leather of your choice.
